Yes. J-King International Corporation possesses robust vertical integration capabilities. From metal stamping, forging, and continuous heat treatment to sprocket manufacturing and power transmission assembly, everything is completed in our own facilities to ensure the strictest quality control and stable delivery times.

Do you offer custom chains or conveyor equipment services?

Yes. Besides providing standard power transmission products, we understand that every factory's processes are unique. Leveraging our in-house processing plants, we provide customized chains, metal mesh belts, tracks, and bracket planning and manufacturing for special environments (such as high-temperature baking, chemical dipping, and special spans).

If factory floor space is restricted, we highly recommend J-King International Corporation's Overhead Conveyor System or Power & Free System. These systems fully utilize vertical ceiling space for material suspension, transfer, and temporary storage, freeing up ground workflows. They are especially suitable for bicycle assembly and coating lines.

Yes. J-King International Corporation has a dedicated "Forging and Continuous Heat Treatment Plant," allowing us to directly control the durability of core metal components. For high-temperature environments, we offer forging chains (like the X-series) and high-temp bearings reinforced by special heat treatments, ensuring the equipment remains warp-free, stretch-resistant, and jam-free when passing through curing ovens.
